Love that you frame it wide to include a good portion of the shoreline and the yellow flowers popping here and there. Look like this is a big old guy that shows off beautyfuly. Very nice catch Debra.

Thanks very much Heather. I thought the title went very nicely with the actions of the heron. He truly seemed relaxed and just enjoying the shoreline.

I caught a glimpse of this Great Blue Heron when I was out for a bike ride. I went back later with my camera in hopes that the heron would still be along the shore of this pond.
