What a great action shot and with so much clarity and attention to detail. The panning worked well on this shot. So well done Debra.
I hadn’t been planning on action but somehow I think I should know by now that ducks scare up easy. Thanks for the feedback Clifford always appreciated.
Not a bad shot you say! I'd say your experience made that surprise shot an excellent frosen action shot. Heather said it all about the striking colors, the running legs and the trail of frosen water. I tried twice to do that shot last season with no success. I wish I will complete the assigment this year. I consider having the blue stipe shown in full length is a gift from Mother Nature.
Thanks very much Yves for your kind comments. I was very happy to see the shot when off the camera. Admittedly I did have to sharpen lightly. I am sure you will perfect the shot this summer.
Wow! You did a beautiful job of panning this shot Debra. I love how you can see his legs, the ripples and action on the water behind him with such clarity plus the colours are so beautiful. What a great capture.
Thanks very much Heather for your kind comments. I wasn’t sure how the shot was going to turn out until the moment was over. With a few adjustments and a bit of sharpening I thought it would be okay to share with the Cangeo community.
