Description
Here From the Beginning. Point Petre in Prince Edward County is a beautiful and strange place. It's owned by the MNR now but used to be a training area during WW II, and was the testing grounds of the fabled Avro Arrow. I showed up too late this night to catch the sun coming through the small break in the clouds but I prefer how the cooler light allowed this shot to turn out. My tripod allowed me to get this 2.5 second capture with a circular polarizer on the lens to bring out some of the lake bottom. — at Point Petre Wildlife Conservation Area.
