Thank you for sharing your experience Debra. Animals are quite amazing to twist their body when grooming, specialy birds, . He was not grooming at the moment but you must certainly be right.

Description
Never seen that before. Found a loon that is floating normaly with a leg pointing from its back. Wether the guy is not normal or he can twist its body to show that weird pose. (taken july 2024)
