Description
Its so easy to take these beautiful birds for granted and not give them the attentions that they deserve, I'm guilty of it also!! In fact they have quite a spectacular looking feather pattern...I don't like them around the feeders all the time because they gulp seeds by the mouth full...but if you can live with that theyre sure a pretty bird...this one was seen and photographed recently in rural Ottawa. Theyre quite common in eastern Canada and cousins of the western Canadian Stellars Jay...they can easily be seen in the east side of Canada.
