Heather Mellon

I love the mottled colours of the feathers on his head and the swirled reflection on the water makes for a very appealing image Yves. He's a handsome looking up and comer for sure.

Yves Langlois

Thanks Heather. I discovers how feathers can be different from the juvenile to the mature. The head is grey and will turned to vibrant green. the feathers of the body are not at all what they look at mature stage. So it is twice the pleasure to photograph.

Debra Plett

The swirls add a nice element of interest to the water and frame the duck nicely. Nice submission of the little ones.

Yves Langlois

Thanks for the comments Debra. I still have few juvenile to show on the next submission.

Jane LeBlanc

I like this series, Yves. I can't tell what the mystery bird is either.

Yves Langlois

Thank you Jane. I discovers a real interest for those juveniles. One more thing to look out for next year.
