Terrific composition Heather. Fine details all over the picture. Love that shot very much. I dont know for you but that sky has something very strange, very intriguing. Great capture.

Thank you very much for your comment Yves, always appreciated. This was such an unexpected encounter but it's one I will remember too. There was a very thin layer of cloud cover together with high winds and it was later in the day so that might explain the sky.

I love this image Heather, so much depth to the very interesting composition. Looks like the ladies are out numbered by the bucks up on the ridge. Did you stay a bit to see if a chase ensued. Beautiful capture Heather.

Thank you very much for your comment Debra, always appreciated. None of the deer made a move during the short time I was there and since the focus of their attention was on me I felt it was best to move on and leave them be.
