Forgot to mention how great it is you were able to bring out the silver appearance of the beak!
Sorry to be so slow responding Scott...I think its just the type of light that particular day when I photographed this bird...non obtuse , overcast light is what I prefer to shoot in....you might lack a little contrast in the overall image but in my opinion that light is better for non specular reflection...
Great capture! One day! I know where to see these wonderful birds, just have to be around.
