Description
This time of year is a busy time for red foxes especially the vixens who are caring for their kits. This particular vixen is quite healthy looking, look at that tail! The mother is still nursing her litter, constantly grooming them, hunting for food and always on the lookout for any danger. However, this period is short-lived as the kits will quickly wean off and start to learn to hunt.
