Description
I shot this yesterday in Bowmanville and climbed out onto the rocks about halfway down the spit. It was a bit treacherous and probably not something I'd recommend unless you're a fearless mountain climber, even though the rocks were more or less flat :-) I was very happy to get back to the shore in one piece afterward! The melted ice was so beautiful, resembles melted cheese. I used a 10-stop neutral density filter for a long exposure to soften the choppy water.
