Description
A Rusty Blackbird foraging on some berries on a frosty morning. A bird that has had a cumulative decline of about 89% recorded between the time period of 1966-2014 according to the North American Bird Breeding survey. A loss of wet woodland habitat and high mercury contamination may be the cause of this steep decline.
