Description
It's been a tough gardening summer in Ottawa so far. Very little rain has fallen, and the heat has dried everything up, so I've resorted to what some of the local community gardeners call 'recreational watering', hauling water from a brook rather than depending on nature to deliver. The onions don't seem to mind the lack of rain though, as this one proudly shows off its bloom in the sunset.
