The Bald Eagle population on a stretch of the Chilkat River near Haines, Alaska swells to several thousand during the month of November when Eagles from far and wide congregate to feast on a late run of salmon. It is a privilege and an amazing experience to watch the eagles feeding and interacting with each other.
