Description
A coastal black bear sow patiently waits on the tide to bring in the salmon. Watching these black bears fish over a good part of a week was the highlight of our trip to Vancouver Island. By respecting their space we were able to observe each bear's personality & this sow was truly unique. The way she would sit on the rocks was different than how I see bears sit and when she looked up with the grin on her face it was priceless.
