An Intimate Connection

Description

I was walking on the docks in the sunlight teaching my daughter about photography, when this guy followed along beside us just under the waterline. The moment was perfect, his soulful eyes looked on as if looking deep inside of me. For a moment it was just me and the seal. I have to thank God for allowing me to be this close to one of His great swimmers of the sea. This was truly a once in a life time moment between the seal, God and myself . Was the BC Ferries wildlife photo of the year 2016
