The Kroger Feedback Survey is an official customer feedback program offered by Kroger, one of the largest grocery chains in the U.S. It allows customers to share their opinions about their shopping experience, helping the company improve its services and operations. Accessible at www.kroger.com/feedback, the survey invites customers to answer questions about store cleanliness, product selection, employee behavior, and overall satisfaction. In return for participating, customers typically receive 50 Fuel Points on their Kroger Plus Card, which can be redeemed for discounts at Kroger fuel stations. To complete the kroger survey, customers need a recent Kroger receipt with a valid Entry ID, and must take the survey within 7 days of their visit. It is available in both English and Spanish.
