Description
I had someone tell me that they had a Pheasant hanging around their place, which was unusual. So, the next morning I decided I will drive out there and see if it's still hanging around. I had to plan enough time to get there, hopefully find and photograph this bird and then have enough time to make it to work before being late. I got down there and had 20 minutes to spend looking/photographing this Pheasant. I went, not expecting much, was also a beautiful morning for a drive before work, but there he was, right along the road. I pulled over and rolled down my window, I didn't dare get out, as I didn't want to spook him. He was such a stunningly beautiful bird, I wish I could have spent some more time with him, which would have been worth being late for work, and certainly wouldn't have been the first time!
