Super shot Debra. The pale lighted ground make him stand out beautyfully. Is it a hazard that he turn his head the right side. I don't think so. Something has changed with you recent photos. I'd say your more connected and Mother Nature is now presenting you better opportunity.
Thanks very much for your kind comments Yves. I am not sure about the head turn my best guess is that his right ear picked up the noise behind him so he looked that direction. I have lowered my speed to 100 and f stop to 6.3 to get in as much light as possible. I lean on a tree to support my arm due to speed setting. Interestingly even though the iso goes up to say 12800 the noise is not near as bad as if I had used a speed of 500. I have trouble in low light situations and that is when the bucks are active. And you are right Mother Nature has given me some pretty nice opportunities to try and do my best. Thanks again.
