Description
I always try to pack my macro lens with me, while there's still bugs around to photograph. After a rainfall in the morning, I was walking our dogs and found this grasshopper sitting on a blade of grass. The sun was still rising behind the mountains, so the light wasn't the greatest, but I wanted to try and get some photos of the raindrops on this little critter. I was adjusting the settings as I went along, and this grasshopper did not mind me taking its photo, which was great for me to take my time with the different settings.
