What an eye catching image, Yves. It captures that moment of eye contact between the photographer and his subject so well and how both of you held on to the moment. So well captured and stated in your dialogue.

Yves Langlois

Thanks for the nice comments Heather. Sure an exceptional moment that deserve to be express with a poem.

Debra Plett

A very nicely captured photograph and creative poem. I fully understand your encounter with this beautiful doe. Well done Yves.

Yves Langlois

Thank you very much Debra. one of the special thing was that I knew (feel) from the first sight that I could take all the time to make this encounter one to remember.

Jane LeBlanc

Nice story and photo, Yves.

Yves Langlois

Thanks Jane. The minute I spent with her was very special. She was very at easy with me and I would say we kind of connected. So I tought it deserve a little poetry style description.

Description
Stand still curious, just a few feets from one another. The fullness of the non-verbal is enough to go on. For me it is a demand, a suspended hope. For her it's a consent, taming the encounter, refraining the reflex to run away. Just a clic, barely audible, and the young lady is immortalised. A slight shudder on her shoulder, kind of a thank you, that only the photographer has understood.
