Great flight shot Yves and the composition is perfect. Not to mention the beautiful surroundings which add a very special element to this image. Love it..

Thank you Heather. I was very surprised of the result on that shot.

Great shot Yves, any in flight shots are tough and these little guys are so quick.

Thank you Clifford. Success is not that important because there is a great satisfaction in the chalenge itself, in the making off.

Terrific shot Yves. I like the composition you chose as the bird is in an opening that really makes her stand out. And I really like the dive she is in. Agree with Jane it tells a story. Well done Yves.

Thank you so much Debra. The left side was in the shadow so I expect the bird will choose to quit on the lighted right side. It did (with a little push from Mother Nature)

Flight shots are always tricky, Yves, no matter the light. You did very well...and it tells a story ,too. Nice job.

Thank you for your precious comments Jane.

Description
I first did some shots at that cape may warbler while it was standing on the leaves with red berries on the left. Then I decided to stand ready for a bird in flight shot at the moment it will quit the leaves. Good results are rare but I keep on trying (never know). I was lucky on that one (but It is not exactly the kind of flight I had in mind).
