Nice job, Yves. Birds are so challenging to photograph, but if it was easy ...everyone would be doing it!

Thank you Jane. For me chalenges and bad conditions in life are not any more someting bad. It is an opportunity to learn to stay happy and confident through material life conditions.

I really like how you managed to single him out in this pan shot. What a lovely find and capture of this beautiful bird (which I know as a Tern) Yves.

Yves Langlois

Thank you for the nice comments Heather. You are right about the name TERN. It is the french name that is STERNE.

Debra Plett

What an interesting find Yves. You have a nice shot of the bird. Last minute panning like that can be difficult, I hope you see him many times this summer.

Yves Langlois

Thankk you very much Debra.

Description
It was my first encounter with the stern. The way the bird was flying suggest it was not the usual seagull so I took few shots even if it was very far over the marsh. The shot is not quite perfect du to heavy croping. Hoping to do better soon.
