Hi Jenny, you have a great shot here. I agree with everyones feedback especially the rippling of the water and the reflections. The grizzly head draws you in to the image. Beautiful.

Thank you Debra. We get to see a lot of Grizzlies swimming in The Estuary when the tide comes in. They have to swim to higher ground.

Heather Mellon

Gorgeous ripples, tones and reflection. I love the look of sheer contentment on his face.. what a beautiful capture.

Jenny Stevens

Hi Heather. Yes, he was very calm and he swam towards us - not away. Thank you.

Jane LeBlanc

I LOVE the reflection, Jenny! Beautiful colours and composition.

Jenny Stevens

Thanks so much Jane. Reflections are always special as the water is not always calm.

Yves Langlois

I like that one very much Jenny. The beautyful jade color of the water really enhence the swiming grizzly. Appreciate that you frame it tight. Reflection if perfect.

Jenny Stevens

I truly appreciate your comments Yves.

Clifford Dupuis

Finally, a bear in the shade !!!! Hard light for four days.

Description
This Grizzly left his submerged sedge grass patch as the tide is almost high. He decided to swim towards as which gave a great angle to capture his reflection.
