Fantastic capture. I love photographing Osprey as much as Eagles. Osprey give you more though, they dont sit on a branch and not move for hours.

You are right Heather, I started watching for the Osprey mid April. I was a bit worried that they were hung up in one of those nasty Colorado low systems that have plagued Manitoba this spring. Thanks very much for your kind feedback. Hope you enjoy your spring and summer.

Wow! great capture Debra. The fast speed shooting is good and the lighting is dam perfect to see nice details of the bird. Apreciate that you caught a moment of day to day life of the bird. Hope you had fun to take the shot.

Hi Yves, I was excited to see the return of the Osprey. Shot was taken with the sun just behind me and the Osprey was flying into the sun. Glad to be taking pictures again. Thanks very much for your kind comments, always appreciated.
