A delightful portrait of this very handsome Raven, Debra. I love the satisfied look on his face plus the loose feather and how the lighting brings out the best of his features in all the right places. A great capture against a beautiful blue sky and I really get the sense that he was watching you closely but had no fear of your presence either.

Like very much that compo Debra. The lonesome raven on a dried dead tree is just great over that nice blue sky. The enlarge option shows better. Like the not detailed body with just traces of light, then the well detailed beak and tail feathers. The weird feather just adds up a little interest, trying to figure out why.
