Wonderful shot Clifford. The vibrant colours of the landscape and sky are a nice contrast to the decaying bridge. Lots of history here in this super composition. Would be a really interesting place to wonder around.

Thank you so much Debra

Great photo, Clifford, nice composition. I especially like the missing boards here and there and what looks to be one good track and one rusty track. Are you still able to walk this or is it condemned?

Clifford Dupuis

Thank you so much for your comments. This bridge - a Howe Truss design is the only wooden railway bridge still standing in Canada with this design. The bridge is totally fenced off and walking on it is not allowed or advisable. Plans by the Atlas Mine group to restore it have been ongoing for many years but CPR remains un-committed and the bridge continues to decay with time so its future is questionable

You did a very nice compo with that bridge Clifford. Good thing is the background look as abandoned as the bridge. Great that you include the little touch of blue and orange. Well done.

Clifford Dupuis

Thank you so much for your kind words Yves, I very much appreciate your thought
