Description
When we learned that there would be good Aurora for the night, We decided to drive the couple hours to Mackenzie B.C and make the Hour journey up to the communication towers on Morphee Mountain for the best possibly 360 views. I decided to shoot the lads standing for a 15-sec exposure after a massive T-Storm blew over us. You can see the town of Mackenzie's lights below, blowing out the bottom part of the Milky Way. I was still able to pull out a lot of detail and really enjoyed the look of the photo. I had to blend two shots in order to fit the towers in and have lots of foreground for the look I was after.
