thanks again Yves, sadly the Osprey nest story is nearing an end. They usually leave between Sept 7 to 15.

Description
August 6th I noticed that one juvenile Osprey was out of the nest. He was doing a pretty good job at balancing on the hydro pole across from the nest. Unfortunately I did not have my camera with me. The next day I returned to the nest to get a few pictures. Two juvenile Osprey were now out of the nest and flying up a storm. Flying effortlessly out over the gravel pit climbing high enjoying the wind and then swooping down towards the ground and then up to a hydro pole. Mom was in the nest with the young Osprey that was not flying yet. This picture was taken just after he landed on the pole and spotted me.
