Seriously?!?!? I'd heard they are on occasion seen in Calgary! My first experience seeing them was on Salt Spring Island (BC) and I so love watching their antics - not to mention the challenge of capturing a good picture of one. Well done!!! Care to share where exactly they can be found here in Calgary? ;)

Sorry for the late reply! You can find them in a couple places, including the Weaselhead area.

Description
I watched this male buzz around the meadow for well over an hour. It's quite difficult to keep track of them when they are swooping out of there air so quickly. Every few minutes he would reappear and take a break on one of the tree branches that looked over the area. I managed to catch him while shaking some of the rain off of himself in this series of photos.
