Beautiful view of the hoarfrost against the sapphire sky! I agree, the hoarfrost has been unlike anything we usually get here, too, but after days of fog it had a chance to build up. It was a winter wonderland for awhile..

I tried a winter take on the cliché, looking up into the trees photo. This is probably the thickest frost I have ever seen.
