Cool view up there! Very nice shot!

Description
Aspen are not individual trees. Entire colonies are produced from a single seedling with an interconnected underground system. While a vertical shoot (what we think of as individual trees) may live for a hundred years or so, the living organism can thrive for thousands of years.
