Description
This is a photo of a monarch caterpillar that I took will doing a project where I placed several monarch caterpillars in to an enclose to watch them transform into butterflies. I took photos of the full process and this was one of the shots. It was a beautiful transformation that I think everyone should be able to watch at some point. Monarchs are endangers so sadly, not everyone will get that chance. I hope when people see this image they understand why they have to protect them.
