An excellent image, Allen. I have tried on several occasions to try and get a decent shot of a Great Blue Heron...no luck. Take care.

While photographing a small Great Blue Heron nesting colony not long ago, there was a steady stream of herons coming and going. This heronry is located in Rondeau Bay, along the north shore of Lake Erie.
