Description
Shooting Slate-coloured Juncos (Junco hyemalis) after a snowstorm brought me many opportunities to play with adding light. The birds were hungry and I went through about 10 kg of seed over 3 days. I estimate that there were upward of 300 Juncos swarming around my deck. It was an experience I won't forget. I now have hundreds of nice "keeper" shots of these little birds. Their antics were fascinating!
