Thanks so much for your very appreciated comments Debra. I considers that a gift from Mother Nature. Based on their colours and patern I'd say the little guys are not very old.

Description
The family of 4 ducklings came in from the stand still water of a bypass in the river(botom of photo). The mother wants the kids to climb up to the main stream of the river (top of the photo). The mother is now waiting for them on the final step. The guys were facing a large current of droping water. They took a moment to evaluate the situation. The hole pack finaly chose to move straight to the right side and make the final climb on rocky terrain.
