Very interesting shot.. and bird, Debra. Such a peaceful scene with the shimmering ripples and beautiful tones surrounding this lovely young bird. From a distance it certainly has swan features but it's hard to say for sure. Very nicely captured.
Thanks very much for the feedback and commenting on type of bird. I just am not sure either. She seems a bit young to be on her own but there was no adult swans around.
Calm and serene shot Debra. Very moody. Agree with you about the beautyful reflection on the rippling water. The bird is nicely position here. Appreciate the light blue ripples (Botom right corner) that pairs with the same colour around the bird. Great compo.
