Very nice framing on this one, Yves, with great tones and textures. You got some great detail on this beautiful warbler.

Yves Langlois

Thanks for the nice comments Heather. Not totaly sure but I am under the impression that the new camera and lens is giving better details and colours. A good thing though is that the 800mm allow to shoot subjects from a much farther distance (less frightening for the subject)

Clifford Dupuis

This is a great shot Yves, Composition is awesome

Yves Langlois

Thank you for the appreciated comment Clifford. It's gonna be a terryfic season.

Debra Plett

Terrific shot Yves, focus is spot on the pretty little bird.

Yves Langlois

Thanks so much Debra. Tell you - I really love using my new setup (400mm + 2x)

Jane LeBlanc

I love the texture of the bark against the feathers on the bird. Great light and composition, Yves.

Yves Langlois

Thanks Jane. I am quite lucky that usualy my birds stand on an old rotten branch full of moss and lot of texture.

Just like the composition, colours and texture on that shot.
