Love the compo, beautiful bokeh and this delightful little wren singing his heart out. He is definitely the star of the show here and I like how you caught him in the middle of a song. Very nice capture Yves. I'm hoping to get some photos of the pair nesting nearby here too but they move fast :)

Yves Langlois

Thank you Heather. Yes they move fast and usualy in the middle of bushes. It need patience. And to have a shot with the beak open I usualy need to do few shots because when I see the open beak, by the time I click, the beak is close when the camera register the shot. But I love the chalenge and the surrounding nature.

Debra Plett

The wren and branch stand out so nicely from the gorgeous bokeh. I like the simplicity of this shot, if surely makes the singing wren the star of the composition.

Yves Langlois

You know Debra, being an artist the bokeh is a big part of my pleasure in photography. It is not so often the we are presented that simplicity to capture I mean no branches, nothing to distract the eye from the star subject. The is someting in the simplicity that comfort me.

Debra Plett

Totally agree Yves.

Jane LeBlanc

It might be a 'bird on a stick', but the fact that it's singing adds interest. Nice, Yves.

Yves Langlois

You'r right Jane. Alone on a bare stick. He is better to sing the blues like a star to attrack a lady (or a maniac photographer) :)

Clifford Dupuis

Great Bokeh Yves well done

Yves Langlois

Thanks Clifford. I finaly solve the bokeh problem I had with the new camera. I cropped while keeping the blue stain on the right.
