Thanks Debra. I was quite excited to photograph the lady and the fluffy nest. I made a point not to bother the goose too much, It might be her first nesting. She is not far from the water that is just 6 feet on the right. Knowing the place I figure out that geese are discovering that section of the river wich is narrow and covered by trees (not a place to fly for that big bird) Time will tell. .

I may have the opportunity to follow up the nesting of that goose. It sit on the bank of the Massawipi river very close to my regular trail. I think she made a bad choice there. She was blending so well in the surrounding that she had to raise straight up in front of me to avoid beeing hit. I doubt she will stay there, but if so it will be realy easy to photograph the nesting activity
