Love the mood you captured here Yves. He looks deep in thought as if pondering his next move, in search for food no doubt. Very nice composition and detail here but it's the mood you captured that really impressed me in this shot. Well done!

Yves Langlois

So glad you mention about the mood Heather because it is important for me to capture that., when possible I think I am getting better at it. I like very much that compo too.

Jenny Stevens

Love his tail up his back. Keeping him warm .. not for balance.

Yves Langlois

Thank you for the nice comment. You must be right. :)

Debra Plett

Good thing the lid didn’t blow down and trap him in there. You may have had an angry squirrel to photograph. Hopefully he found some good treats in the bin. Nice shooting Yves.

Yves Langlois

Thank you Debra. I had a realy good time with that little guy.

Description
I was walking the Trans-Canada GREEN ROUTE. Half way between Sherbrooke and North-Hatley is a rest area for bikers. 2 picknick tables and a waste bin next to the Massawipi river. The light was good and the little fellow seems willing to give me some good shots. Most likely racoons opens the lid at night but the squirel sure made a check run for anything he would be interested in.
