Any personal encounter with a complex living entity is an appreciated gift. So easy for me to imagine that Mother Nature manipulated the deer with a desire to go to that spot on the trail. Also manipulated me by adjusting my speed in order for that encounter to take place in that exact point of space and time in the hole univers. Your missing the facts, a too long story.
