Gorgeous composition and detail in this delightful portrait. You couldn't have gotten a better pose if you had tried to. Thank you for noting that this is the young doe from earlier photos and that she is now back with her mother again.. :) This is such a heartwarming and beautiful capture Debra.

You are very welcome Heather and thanks very much for caring and thank you as always for your feedback. It was nice to see them in each others company again.

Great shot Debra. They are so cute. You place them in the best spot and the lighting is dam good. They are doing nicely in front of the dark green background. Very nice picture. Glad you have so beautyful friends :)

Thanks very much Yves, your comments are always appreciated. I only spotted the white on the bigger doe. When she sensed me she looked up and so did the smaller one at the same time. I was able to take a couple of pictures before they moved into the bush.

Description
Just after sunrise I spotted a doe and a yearling peering out of the edge of the bush line while they quietly feed on twigs and grass. Heather the little doe that was on her own the other night is now back with her mom.
