This is a wonderful shot Debra. Mono-tones, soft mood lighting and a perfect framing of the subject. The effect of dense forest but not so finaly is magical. The eye contact tels me she is doing its best to give you that beautyful capture. Very well done.

Thanks very much for your comments Yves, they are always appreciated. The doe was in a bit of clearing with a bit of light all which helped to make this a good shot.

Beautiful shot Debra. Such a great pose, I love the eye contact and how nicely she's framed by the trees around her. Hopefully you'll run into her again, she's very photogenic and you captured that perfectly.

Thanks very much Heather. Yes, I hope I do as well. There doesn’t seem to be as many deer in the park this year. I am not sure if the rut is just later due to the warmer fall weather or if a few didn't make it through our harsh winter.

Thank you Clifford your comments are always appreciated.

Description
While enjoying my morning walk in the park I encountered this cutie tucked away in the bush. I believe she spotted me before I spotted her. She has a tiny scar between her eyes that has healed. If I come across her again I should be able to identify her by the scar.
