Can't believe I missed this one.. he looks like a zebra cross of some kind. There's something about that soulful look in his eyes that really grabs the heart and you captured that so well here. Thank goodness for animal refuges like this, they do a great service to abandoned and mistreated animals. in today's throwaway society.

Sorry Heather. I did answer a day ago but gess it didn't go through. Glad you feel the special look and your wording is so much more meaningful than my poor english can do. I thank you for that. I love it so much that I have it as a screen background.

Jeff

Nicely captured shot Yves. I like how the animals body slowly disappears into the darkness. He looks happy in his surroundings.

Thanks so much Debra. He sure is (happy). I love that photo so much that I put it on my appartment door to welcome people. I don't know but there is something with the attitude of the little horse and the colors that I just can't resist. Those people there in Frampton are doing a very good job.

Description
Presenting that shot to cheers up people that love so much animals that they created a refuge for those wounded, about to be euthanized or leftover creatures. Their heart&soul, money&time are dedicated to give to them the best life possible. That guy looking at me from his beautyful house door hit me right down the heart.
