Wonderful capture and story Yves. I love those special moments that Mother Nature shares with us. The wrinkled up nose on something so adorable is a special memory you will always remember. Wish I had been there to witness the moment. Great job.

Thank you so much Dabra. Your comments are greatly appreciated. More of that moment will come pretty soon (with a good storyline). Stay tuned.

An adorable capture of this young fawn Yves, made all the better by that pesky little butterfly. Perfect timing on a great shot.. he stands out beautifully here framed by the tall grasses. Nature at its best.

Thank you very much Heather. Glad you like it. I am really surprise of the result though. I was sure to make a big hit with that bambi. But it received only half the number of views that the two other photos received. I gess I don't know so well the majority of the viewers. It does confirm that I am different. Not a problem, just a big surprise.

Hi Yves: I have always wanted to come across a fawn up close. No luck so far. Lovely shot of innocence.

Yves Langlois

Thank you Jenny. A delightful moment, expected for many years.

Description
Nature is actualy loaded with all kind of newly born growing up fast. Here is a very young deer. For those who have seen (long long time ago) Walt Disney's BAMBI, you will remember the iconic moment where he enjoy a butterfly on his nose. Mother Nature replicated the scene right before my eye. It is a fly, not a butterfly, but the magic is the same and the reaction of the baby as well. Taken in the country around Sherbrooke.
