Beautiful shot Jane. The detail and colors are amazing. Also the DOF and background add to this amazing capture. well done

Description
A female Monarch butterfly was here over a month before we normally see them, and laid many eggs on my milkweed patch. I had thought they had been had by predators, but now I see several, and they are good sized caterpillars. Hoping for a good 'crop' this year.
