Great shot Debra. Focus is sharp and colors are beautyful. You caught a nice moment of their day to day life. I love that nest with the red or blue ropes embeded in it. Maybe it is just the wind, but they look on the rush with those head feathers arrange that way.

You are correct Yves, this was an extremely windy day. I love how much character the ruffled feathers adds. Thanks for your feedback Yves

Excellent detail on the two adult birds and that amazing nest. It's exciting just to know that they've successfully hatched a chick or two, maybe three again this year. A beautiful capture of this evolving family and I look forward to seeing more in days to come Debra. Well done!

Description
The male Osprey is protecting the nest and resting while the female Osprey continues to feed the chicks. At this time I do not know how many chicks she is feeding. Hopefully in a couple of weeks I may start to see heads poking above the rim of the nest. The male is sitting on the right with the female and chicks in behind him.
