HI Jane: How true. What is he thinking? He was not a familiar bear to the guide who 'knows' most of the bears. It was mating season, so he may be new to the area and did not know what a Zodiac was.
Like very much that unusual pose Jenny. I am smiling because I sit very far from him, but for me, he looks not so happy to be photographed. Lighting and colors are great.
Hi Yves. Yes, I think he was not familiar with Zodiacs. Most of the bears pay no attention to us, but this fellow watched us constantly. Perhaps we were intruding on his meal. Light drizzle made the colours pop !
