Gorgeous capture of this delightful family Yves and I think your identification is spot on. They stand out so beautifully against the soft aqua tones of the glimmering water and you captured them perfectly.

Thank you Heather. Like I said to Debra - I was very surprise when I saw it on my PC. Usualy with black color we loose details but the zoom option still show good details. Not gona a complain.

Awe a heartwarming shot Yves. Mom must be busy keeping this crew of ducklings close by. Perfect focus on the family and the water shimmers with beauty. Super capture Yves, looks like you had a great day at the marsh.

Thanks Debra. It was nice to see so many of them. They were not close and cropping was needed. Tell you, I was surprise myself of the sharp focus details and the richness of the color. Choose that shot out of 5. They were constantly moving around the mother.

Description
It is actualy the time in the season where Nature is full of those happy families. Those ducks are so hard to identify properly. I would guess it is the Blue-Winged Teal. Taken at the Island of the marsh in Katevale.
