The purple and yellow against the green background stand out so nicely. I agree with Yves on your composition so nice to see the glory of an open bloom and the bud of one soon to be in all its glory. Nicely done Heather.

Nice capture of the lovely crocus. Like very much your compo with the opened and closed one. Appreciate as well the contrast with the yellow green on the top and the curled dead leaves in the botom right corner.
It's getting harder to find these beautiful spring flowers so I felt pretty lucky to get a few shots of these ones. It's not the greatest floral shot I ever took but since you seldom see them this open I couldn't resist uploading it. Thank you for the much appreciated comment Yves.
